• Gather and organize support material

• Persuasive Essay (If necessary)
• Develop an opinion about The Turn of the Screw.  The most obvious is regarding the sanity of the governess.
• Gather proof from the text to support your opinion.  Your proof can be as long as an entire episode or as short as a word choice.

• Research report (if necessary)
• Persuasive paper draft (if necessary)
• Finish reading The Turn of the Screw
• Reflection Paper (You should have completed 2 reflection papers for this book).

Please go online and check the grade book.  Some of you are missing a number or Writing Minutes.  That's a big deal!  See if you can dig them out from under your bed, or even have a parent write a note verifying that you have been doing an appropriate amount of writing at home.
